This past April, Vancouver BC resident Dr. Paul Tinari became the first Canadian man to have a heath-care-funded foreskin restoration. When he was eight years old, doctors at his school performed an operation without his consent. After years of painful erections, and frequent infections, Dr. Tinari -- with the support of his doctor and psychiatrist -- successfully sued, and as a result, the B.C. Ministry of Health paid for 90 per cent of the $12,000 operation. Dr. Tinari says he hopes that it will set a precedent for legal action that will eventually end the practice of infant circumcision all together.

  • I hope this starts a trend. I think all cut men shode not have to play to get there dicks fixed. It was the heath-care system that payed for the circumcisions the first time and it up to them to fix what they help brake. I bet all circ men have painful erections, sints the tools thay use are made to cut off as much as possible. 50% thru 70% skin removed is a lot of skin. All they needed to cut off was the overhanging tip (and or) maybe the band of skin that pulled the 4skin over the gland.

Along with the fact the heath care makes money off of sales the 4skin as skin grafs.
its time the heath care fixes the mistakes
