    first try:

stuff the head back inside, pull the skin up
rest any finger ring on the end and pull the skin through.

whether this works or not depends on how much slack you have and how thick is your dick.

If it works, you will be in one of the following states:
    a) enough tug that you wear it all day and the stretching begins
    b) enough slack that you wear it all day and the re-sensitizing begins
    c) enough slack that you can wear it while totally hard and therefore while sleeping, so the healing will be full-time.

people use rubber 0-rings, but I find if I get a boner, the ring slips back and I end up with an hourglass dick.

    More aggressive stretching:

You could roll up bits of cloth and stuff them into the skin before closing with the ring.

I'm not shelling out the 140 duckets yet for the Tug-ahoy®. But it looks like just the tool for the job.

    ___

If you've really got enough slack, you could just pierce it shut.

I wear a silver ring that fits on my index finger when I take a piss. If I sweat, it slips and I have to reach into my pants and retrieve it before it ends up on the floor.

I started about 2 years ago, but the stretching progress hit it's peak after about 2 weeks. Skin was borrowed up from the pubic area and scrotum, and it snaps back when there's no tension holding it up.

On a cold day, I can go several hours without a retainer ring. the shaft skin still has sphincter mussels in it to keep it closed. The foreskin behaves like the scrotum; it contracts in cold and relaxes in warmth.

I also like rings made of semi-precious stones. You can get them for about $2. I gave some away at BurningMan last year [I was a spokesmodel for restoration]

          • silicone rings ?

the silicon rings sound like the same deal as hardware store 0-rings (that sell for a dollar).

The frenum should scoot along with the skin and you can just pull the works up over the P.A.

Hey Guys, I'm new here to tribe but have had a bit of experience with restoration..with limited success. first i gotta say that the advantages to the silicone rings is that the rubber sticks to your skin and is less likely to slide off when you get sweety, also it is flexible there fore more comfortable in your daily routine. To beat the cost I went to Home Depot and bought a set of progessively sized 'o' rings in the plumbing dept. (seemed an appropriate place), they aren't silicone but the rubber sticks well. I also have used the Tug-ahoy... it's a great devise but I once got a bit excited while wearing it and was left with a small ridge under the skin where it had caused a blister, this should go away with time but isn't pleasant...

The rubber O-rings work for me. They do cause an "hourglass dick" if I leave them on with erection. At one point, I had enough slack that I could wear them all night (with erections), however I think my fauxskin shrunk a bit when I stopped wearing the rings for a few months.

Nowadays I just wear the rings during the day for protection and comfort, rather than for actively stretching. But you can always add more rings to get a better stretch. At one point I wore about 5 O-rings!

What if your dick really is too thick to even get enough slack to stuff the head back and use the ring method?!?!

      What is another alternative?

Another, perhaps easier, idea to get started (or just as an experiment...

Push the head back, pulling the penile skin forward as much as you can, and using a bandaid, tape it forward. Leave it like that as much as you can 24/7 for a week. Retaping when necessary. And just see. Note the differences after one week.

I noticed an increase in sensitivity. A pinker healthier color. The skin felt softer to the touch. And it was a little moist.

That's what first convinced me. I was beyond skeptical when I first heard of all this. Good luck!

you can use a hole punch to make a piss hole in the bandaid too...
One problem with this and other related taping methods is sexual spontaneity causes difficulties...

the T-taping requires less slack than rings. I wonder if I could do the 24/7 thing with bandaids and survive rem-sleep erections?

I can't remember the las time I used a bandaid anyway--how the adhesive behaves under pressure. I hope it doesn't leave duct tape funk.

No. Bandaids yuck! I couldn't cut the hole right and pulling it off really sucked.

Now i'm looking into the tugahoy technology. But $150 is extortion, so I'll try the home-job. [You know, for that kind of money, he could hire someone to design the tugahoy site. The menu takes up the whole page.]
